Hello, I’m Nazira Sacasa, Body Liberation & Embodiment Guide.

I know what it feels like to be at war with my body, stuck between negative self-talk and shame, obsessing over what I look like.

It feels like living a half-life.

After years of struggling with negative body image and disordered eating, I began my healing journey to finally come home to my body.

Once I began mending my relationship with my body and food, a whole new world opened up for me. The freedom, flow, and ease that resulted from reconnecting with my body and my inner wisdom was completely transformative. Rather than viewing my body as a problem to solve, I finally saw her as the source of wisdom, pleasure, and aliveness she is!

I’ve taken everything I’ve learned over the past 15 years through my healing journey and professional training, and I now guide and coach women like you to heal their relationship with their body and food through 1:1 private mentorship and group coaching programs. 

It is possible to reclaim your body and life.
